I bring five years of international consulting experience in regulatory environments collaborating on large scale organisational effectiveness and change projects. I view global leadership as an opportunity to scale creativity and positive change to energise and renew industries using the science of Positive Psychology. I have presented in the USA, Asia, Columbia and Italy to leadership teams on strategy, resilience, accountability and the practical benefits of tapping multiple perspectives for better team collaboration. I’m motivated by possibilities and see the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an opportunity to bridge the nexus between humanness and technology that sustains our future workforce, humanity and the planet.
