Paul F Tupou-Vea
Paul is a wellbeing science and systems-informed positive psychology practitioner, based in Auckland, New Zealand. He assists organisations with wellbeing system design and development, with a specialisation of working in the education sector.
Paul’s undergraduate studies are in social science, management, education and positive psychology and has a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne. His Capstone was Life Navigation Theory: A meta-theory and model for thriving in complexity. Paul’s work has been heavily influenced by a shared experience of navigating different social, cultural, and economic worlds and the impact that each sphere can have on human wellbeing. He has worked extensively in youth development; highschool and boarding education; and not-for-profit organisations. Paul currently serves as President for the New Zealand Association of Positive Psychology and is a proud husband and father of three sons.
