Dr Lucy Hone is a research associate at AUT University, a best-selling author and blogger for Psychology Today on the topic of resilience. Having both trained on the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) programme at the University of Pennsylvania, and developed NZ-focused wellbeing research for their PhDs, their pragmatic approach to the topic has been substantially influenced by their real life experiences, including earthquakes and personal loss.
