Rebecca’s passion is to help leaders create a culture where employees feel they (and their work) matter, and where teams can be both productive and positive. She recently completed a Master’s Degree in Applied Positive Psychology at University of Pennsylvania, and she also recently spent 2 ½ days being certified by Brené Brown in her new Dare to Lead Training Program. Coaching and strategic facilitation are areas of expertise for Rebecca. She earned a Coaching Certificate from Duquesne University, the ACC Coaching Certification from the International Coach Federation, and has a specialty in team/systems coaching, human performance improvement, and change management. She enjoys bringing teams together in creative ways to bring energy and focus to achieving business goals, and at the same time developing relationship and engagement within the team. Rebecca Lamperski serves as Executive Director of Learning and Development at Comcast University. Rebecca partners nationally with Comcast Spotlight, FreeWheel and Comcast Business Sales to develop training strategies that align with business goals. A 20-year veteran of Comcast, Rebecca began her career with Comcast Spotlight with her last sales position being Tri-State Senior Director of Sales of the Pittsburgh-Johnstown-Wheeling DMA’s. Rebecca earned her MBA from St. Joseph’s University, and her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Love of Learning, Leadership and Zest are top strengths, and Rebecca relates as an ENFJ. Rebecca resides in Pittsburgh with her husband, Jamie, and her two daughters Jessica and Jackie. She is the ultimate soccer mom, an avid reader, and is completely in love with her two English Springer Spaniels (Dude and Maggie).
