With a well-established science of improving well-being, the next step is to consider how well-being interventions can reach the general public. In this keynote, Dr. Parks will take a data-driven approach to discussing the challenges inherent in the widespread implementation of well-being interventions, including transforming research-tested interventions into a scalable format, identifying appropriate venues for dissemination, cultivating user engagement, and adapting interventions for different countries. She will also highlight some unique research questions that become easy to test when massive, real-world datasets are available. She will conclude by discussing the the importance of collaboration between academics, practitioners, and industry; all three are needed to successfully bring the science of well-being to the world.
