Vivi Gusrini Rahmadani
Vivi joined the research group Work, Organisational and Personnel Psychology, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium in April 2016 as a Phd student under supervision of Prof. Dr. Wilmar Schaufeli and Prof. Dr. Jeroen Stouten. The PhD project focuses on engaging leadership, work engagement, and performance at individual and team level. Moreover, she is a lecturer for Industrial/ Organizational Psychology of Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Sumatera Utara, Indonesia since 2012, and now in her final year of Phd in Psychology with LPDP Scholarship. She graduated her master programs; MA in I/O Psychology (Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia in 2011), and MSc in HRM (Rijkuniversiteit Groningen, The Netherlands in 2008).
