She is Pioneer in wellbeing research and workplace wellbeing teaching in Georgia. Since 2014 Tatia is Associate Professor of Organization Psychology at the University of Georgia, invited lecture at GIPA and CSB. Guest Scientist at the Psychologische Hochschule Berlin. Since 2003 she works on the overall Psychological wellbeing and since 2006 she works on the Workplace Wellbeing. She is Author more than 20 corporate training and seminars in different directions. She is Author of Positive Leadership Development Program (PLDP), Wellbeing and Happiness at Workplace (WHW) and Professional Sales Development Program (PSDP) based on Positive Psychology.
