Greta Strusberg Benavides
I am a professional psychologist from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. I am an independent consultant and facilitator of workshops and training for groups and organizations by using the Positive Organizational Psychology approach. I have Human Resources experience working in recruitment processes. Currently, I work with companies and organizations in diagnosis and intervention projects about work environment, organizational culture, and organizational well-being. I am a member of the Positive Psychology research group at PUCP, and I carry out research projects with a social and educational basis. I have work experience in non-profit organizations with parents, adults, adolescents and children. In my management I prioritize result-orientation, assertive communication, empathy and teamwork.
