Aylin Dulagil
Aylin is a coaching and organisational psychologist who is passionate about using positive organisational psychology to enhance both organisational and employee success and wellbeing. Spanning a career of more than twenty years, Aylin has worked with individuals and organisations as both an internal and external consultant to help deliver solutions targeting improved employee engagement, leadership development, and cultural change. Aylin is currently completing her PhD examining the impact of organisational factors on how organisations can best implement strengths-based interventions to ensure that employees translate strengths knowledge into strengths use.
