Andrea M LeFebvre

Andrea LeFebvre is a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at the University of Ottawa, Canada. She works with Dr. Veronika Huta, director of the well-being lab at the University of Ottawa. Andrea is passionate about bridging positive psychology into clinical practice. She currently studies the different ways in which people pursue well-being (i.e. eudaimonic, hedonic, and extrinsic orientations). She is presenting research exploring the change of these orientations across the lifespan. In her thesis, Andrea plans to investigate the interplay between eudaimonia and hedonia, as well as study the predictors and outcomes of these orientations to well-being. Andrea also loves to practice and teach yoga, and she is interested in the integration of yoga into psychotherapy.
