In the present work, it is realized an analysis of the House-Work Interface and the Satisfaction at Work, existent in workers of the manufacturing industry in the Zona Metropolitana de Guadalajara, establishing the difference by gender. The sample was conformed by 1264 participants, between them 819 men (64.8%), 422 women (35%) and three not identified, which work in different manufacturing companies. To accomplished the objective, it was used the subscales of House-Work Interface (HWI) and Satisfaction at Work (JCS), from the WRQoL scale (Work-Related Quality of Life), finding a significance level in the house-work balance, in relation to gender and civil status, showing a higher balance in single women and in married men. It also exists an interrelation between the Satisfaction at Work and the House-Work Interface (r = 0.562**, p= .000).
