This paper presents collaborative, reflective and practitioner based viewpoints informed in part by the contexts of USA, China and South Africa. As emerging professionals in positive psychology, the co-presenters, connected across three continents, (USA, Africa, Asia) offer key reflections over the last 12 months on ways in which several positive psychology constructs have been both personally and professionally applied. These include though not  limited to Growth vs. Fixed Mindset, Grit, Flourishing, Inspiration and Mental Contrasting. The aim of the presentation is to not simply reiterate existing constructs and tools; but to point towards a consideration of several critical factors including (i) the continued forgence of cross cultural positive psychology research (ii) the emergence of new research directions that may offer a nexus point between these continents and beyond.
