Debra helps build strong and diverse organisations by enabling women to flourish in their careers. She supports female leaders and their teams in developing the psychological capacities that build strong performance, boost resilience to stress and challenge, and promote high levels of work wellbeing. These capacities enable effective and authentic leadership; paramount in securing female senior leadership representation and gender diversity.
Debra collaborates with organisations to deliver coaching, training, facilitating and speaking. She translates cutting-edge research from the sciences of optimal human functioning into practical, easy-to-implement strategies which lead to lasting change. Sessions are highly engaging and interactive, and always focused on tangible and measurable outcomes.
Debra is a Co-Founder of Flourishing Works Coaching. She is a Senior Associate of the Positivity Institute, working closely with Dr Suzy Green to develop and deliver positive psychology programs to support positive human functioning in organisations. She is a founding Executive Coach for FlexCareers who support flexible working, gender equality, diversity and work-life integration.
Debra holds the Masters of Coaching Psychology (University of Sydney) and is accredited in relevant psychometric and leadership tools. Prior to coaching, Debra had a longstanding corporate career in Marketing, leading teams across a range of industries.
