Paige Williams

Dr Paige Williams is a lecturer and researcher with the Centre for Positive Psychology at the University of Melbourne. Paige leads the Applications of Positive Psychology course and is experienced in the development and delivery of curriculum translating contemporary theory and practice into applied contexts for undergraduate, masters and professional programs. Her research interests include creating positive change, wellbeing at work, systems of wellbeing and wellbeing literacy. In her consultancy work, Paige uses her strengths in strategic thinking, creativity and ideation, to develop clear solutions to complex challenges that create sustainable positive change with performance impact. Drawing from the fields of positive psychology, neuroscience, leadership and change, her own research, and over 15 years international business leadership experience, Paige provides clear, practical, evidence-based solutions to accelerate positive change, foster wellbeing and achieve strategic goals.
