Natalia Bezuglova
Natalia Bezuglova has a double degree in Psychology. Firstly, she completed her studies at the Human Science University in Moscow, Russia, in 2004. Following her studies she worked as manager at the Office for Labour and Employment. Later she completed her studies in Psychology at the Technical University Darmstadt, Darmstadt, Germany, in March 2018. Starting in May 2018, she is scientific assistant at the Technical University Darmstadt, Germany. As part of a project, she is researching the role of character strengths for different work-related constructs (job performance and satisfaction, commitment, work-related well-being). Her research interests lie in the development of measuring instruments for the acquisition of various constructs of positive psychology and the role of character strengths in career choice, vocational identification, and the transition from school to vocational education and training.
