Joanna Sztachanska

Joanna SztachaƄska is a PhD candidate in psychology. She designs and studies the effectiveness of gratitude interventions that aim to enhance daily functioning of people battling cancer or depression. In her studies she uses a diary method and technology-based ecological momentary assessment techniques. She is associated with SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw, Poland, where she teaches courses on positive psychology and repeated measures study designs. She also works as a business trainer and delivers trainings in the field of happiness at work. She is personally dedicated to improving people's lives through positive psychology interventions, which she attempts to do with passion and enthusiasm.
