Bianca Venuti-Hughes

Bianca Venuti-Hughes is a second year PhD student at the Centre for Positive Psychology, University of Melbourne in Australia. Titled "Can a Focus on Organisational Strengths Lead to Improved Performance and Wellbeing?", her doctoral research investigates strengths within organisations. Bianca is developing a tool to categorise and understand Organisational Cultural Strengths, and is also seeking to consider the impact of strengths at this collective, macro level on performance and wellbeing.
