"Success circuit" is a model to identify and practice your strengths, talents and skills toward personal goals in life and could be used as an applied tool for coaches and practitioners.  Through different steps of the model, the participants will define their passions, strengths, talents and values and could design their own success pathway.  The first step is to determine the person's passions, considering distinction between harmonious vs obsessive passion (Robert J. Vallerand, 2003).

The next step is to set and clarify the goals for the client and find the required skills to reach them.  The strengths are being identified through Character Strength (Peterson & Seligman, 2004) and Strength Finder (Rath, T., 2007) would provide top five talents. Then the zone of greatness which is the overlap of Strengths (Intrinsic motivators) and Talents (extrinsic motivators) would be defined.

In order to develop grit toward the selected goals, the participants will select related values/intentions from the "To be List" inventory.  The last step to create the success circuit is to choose the relevant strengths and talents to develop the required skills for each goal and connect them to the passion and values as the energiser for the efforts and action plans.
